Items purchased on the website ship within 2-7 business days. Most often my necklaces, pendants, bracelets and earrings are available to ship in 2-4 days, however, with my travel schedule, allow item to be shipped within 7 days.  Please contact us if you need to receive your item by a specific date, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Orders shipped within the US (including US territories) are shipped via UPS ground with insurance. Upgrades to 1-2 day Priority are available at the additional cost. Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via UPS International with insurance.

In the US, once your order is shipped, you should receive it in 3-5 days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped so that you can track your parcel. International shipments take an average of 10-21 days for delivery, but this can be longer if items are held in customs. We are not responsible for customs delays nor any taxes or customs duties that may be incurred.

Joann Lysiak Gems is not responsible for lost packages or customs duties and fees. In the event a package is lost, a claim for insurance will be filed and upon settlement of the claim, we will replace the lost item or issue a refund.
