Warranty and Repair
At Joann Lysiak Gems we are known for our quality workmanship, original designs and our integrity to provide you with beautiful, natural stones and materials. I want you to LOVE the items you select and that it is what you intended to have so I offer you a couple options before you place your order if you need more information on the items you desire – 1. You can contact me via email at Joann@JoannLysiakGems.com to set up a quick 5-10 minute complimentary, live video call to view the piece on or get help in selecting your pieces or 3. Contact me at Joann@JoannLysiakGems.com to schedule a 45-minute appointment to work with me to select the right stones/design for your specific manifestation desires or custom work, at an additional cost for the consult.
It is important to note that the raw natural stones I use have inclusions, irregularities in shape, natural markings as part of the beauty that are acceptable. Imperfection is perfection in gemstones and crystals and also considered part of the beauty and power of the stone.
Please inspect your item upon receipt, if there is a quality issue or defect in your piece, please contact us immediately, within 5 days of purchase, for us to attend to the repair.
Damages in shipping are covered by insurance by the carrier with proof of damage. Keep all shipping materials including box and contact me immediately for further instructions.
We stand behind damages due to faulty workmanship, for the first 3 months after receipt repairs due to faulty workmanship are free, after 3 months there is a charge on any repairs. If the piece is damaged due to wear or tear, we will do our best to repair the item depending on availability of components, at our repair fee.
If your jewelry needs repair in the first 3 months after purchase, we will repair it at no charge to you (shipping charges are not included, customer pays for shipping). After 3 months, we will repair if possible for a fee. Contact us in the event your piece needs a repair or resizing and we will advise you on your best option.
