In-stock necklaces, bracelets and earrings are returnable within 14 days of receipt at a 10% re-stocking fee or can be exchanged at full purchase price within 14 days of receipt, not including the shipping costs. Jewelry must be in brand new condition, never worn, and returned, fully insured via UPS in the original packaging. Please contact us with 5 days for an exchange or return before you send your return. 

Custom pieces, special orders and sale items are not returnable. Custom pieces may be exchangeable if agreed to upon order placement.
